Bring your dog for doggie trick-or-treating at the local businesses, a costume walk down the mall and an adorable costume contest! special opportunities include a photographer and caricature artist Michael Heath Pecorino.
costume categories are funniest, most creative, most "Halloweeny", best group theme, and best in show. We have over $2,000 in raffles and prizes!
